Business Development Specialist (Law Firm) 75-85K, Hybrid Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join their team! Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data related to client demographics, practice areas, and emerging market opportunities to inform business development strategies. Assist in the development and execution of business development plans and strategies, working closely with attorneys and marketing teams. Collaborate with attorneys and marketing personnel to craft compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or analytics, preferably in a law firm required 1+ years of Competitive Intelligence experience required. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
