Strategic Account Executive, Campus Health Solutions Position Summary HUB International is seeking to add a Strategic Account Executive to the Campus Health Solutions team! The Strategic Account Executive will manage an assigned book of student health insurance business and own the client relationship for all assigned clients, while also supporting the development of new business. This role brings value through leadership from the point of sale, including RFP development and customized communication materials, to ensure high quality client service delivery throughout the client relationship lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the client relationship of all assigned clients, while acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy and decision‑making, with ultimate accountability for ownership of the client experience

Perform tasks related to project management for new client onboarding, service enhancements and renewals, coordination with carriers and vendors and vetting of new solutions. Coordinate with client stakeholders including university staff, health‑center administrators and carrier liaisons; partner and support the Sales and Business Development team; and deliver exceptional service to clients

Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations

Build and deliver best practices for all aspects of client management – including client and student communication, annual renewal process and associated communications, carrier management, vendor management and technology utilization

Expand and evolve client reporting package to enhance client data‑based decision making

Keep pulse on upcoming client needs and proactively seek solutions

Requirements

Experience in the student health insurance field required OR similar responsibility and related work experience dealing directly with student health insurance services, products or solutions

Three years of account‑management experience highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university highly preferred

Strong understanding and comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong math and analytical skills preferred

Some domestic travel required for client meetings and conferences
