Job Summary We are seeking a proven HVAC Outside Sales Representative to fill an immediate need with growing market opportunities in the Los Angeles area. This field‑based sales role supports customers in the LA Area and requires a base location in that market. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone, and laptop will be provided.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and assigned customers, ensuring satisfaction from order to delivery.

Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, working with management to develop sales strategies and new account targeting.

Perform product quotations and problem resolution.

Analyze competition in the territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate the strategy to management.

Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.

Document all sales activity in our internal Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce) for ongoing evaluation and measurement of sales performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of industry‑related sales experience.

Results‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Problem‑solving, leadership, and listening skills.

General digital literacy.

Self‑motivator, able to multitask and learn quickly.

Compensation This is a base‑plus commission eligible role with no cap on commission. The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 – $100,000+.
