Understand all operations WI's (assembly, test, & rework) Perform training and provide clarifications to P/F criteria Unit related issues evaluated per WI criteria & specifications Escalate potential part non conformances Highly skilled and experienced senior support Individual contributor able to work under limited Supervision with initiative autonomously Ability to engage with ME, QE, SQE and effectively Communicate findings, improvement opportunities Ability to engage with production leadership to Identify and correct training gaps Ability to identify and reduce waste (8 Wastes) Electro-Optical experience required Must be able to arrive on time! Must be able to work in a team-based environment and interact with support team members Strong ability to follow work instructions accurately Basic Qualifications:
