Full-time position
7-on/7-off schedule
161, 12-hour shifts per year
Teams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shifts
No night coverage required for daytime providers
Closed ICU, no procedures required
Intensivists/ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessments
Strong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN support
Experience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to apply
As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Access to professional student loan consultant
Compensation is between $322,113 and $364,127 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement and sick leave
No state income tax for Washington State
