Job Details This INBOUND sales role is available to candidates who reside in the state of Arizona. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
You will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Approved shift: four weekdays and one weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
All computer equipment is provided; you must maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up).
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads.
Consult on insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages.
Convert leads into policyholders.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years related experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
