Job Summary Mass General Brigham (MGB) is a not-for-profit organization committed to patient care, research, and education. We are seeking an Enterprise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This permanent role offers a sign‑on bonus of $75,000 and a competitive benefits package. You will work in a stable environment with guaranteed hours, rotating across multiple locations such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Mass Eye and Ear, and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital.

Training Program

3‑month orientation rotation at one site.

Assignments ranging from 2 weeks to 4 months at one of the above locations.

Qualifications

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with a valid license.

Certified by successful completion of a national qualifying examination.

Recertified biannually; 40 contact hours of continuing education.

Current ACLS (required) and PALS (recommended) certifications.

Adaptable to varied clinical practice environments.
