Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.

Average earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 through base salary and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents can earn up to $85,000+ in their second year and beyond.

Position Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. This remote role is available for candidates based in the state of Florida.

Training & Benefits

Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift consideration.

All computer equipment is provided. Work‑from‑home requirements include a professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). No satellite or mobile internet.

Qualifications

2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.

Clear communication with prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty License required after hire.
