We are currently seeking highly motivated construction professionals to join our company as an Assistant Project Manager on a project in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities
Initial responsibilities include onsite trade management, including but not limited to: coordination of materials from design and fabrication to delivery and final installation; tracking and validation of monthly payment applications for trade contractors; management of cost and issue resolution such as reviewing and processing change orders, submitting RFIs, and proactively identifying issues before they arise; and assume ownership of the holistic job beyond assigned trade contracts. Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications. Lead with Holder’s culture by integrity and developing others through providing leadership to the more junior associates on the project. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a construction/engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience Outstanding communication and time management skills, computer skills, willingness to relocate and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Job Details
