Information Technology Group The IT group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high‑quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Primary Responsibilities
Proficient in driving Event Management (EVM) solutions: ensuring that the EVM tools and systems are properly configured, updated, and functioning as intended to meet the organization's needs.
Coordinating with customers: regularly communicating with various groups, such as IT, Business, and customer service, to understand their requirements and ensure that the EVM solutions align with organizational goals and deliver value.
Monitoring and optimizing EVM processes: continuously reviewing and improving the processes related to event and alert management to enhance system reliability and performance.
Ensuring project governance and successful outcomes: managing project timelines and resources to ensure that EVM projects are completed on time and within budget, while delivering the expected value and benefits to the organization.
Drive system automation for BAU activities with governing controls within centralized system.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed for Success
Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive user documentation, including job aids, process documents, and governance materials to support organizational standards.
Application Skills: Proficiency in using Office Applications, ServiceNow to manage events and alerts and document.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Solid skills in analyzing event and alert data to identify trends, generate insights, and produce actionable reports for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage with various team members, understand their needs, and communicate updates and findings through formal and informal written methods.
Salary Tampa, FL $142,959.20-$163,500.00
