Pay:

$36-$44/hr + annual bonus + relocation assistance + 10% 401k (6% match, 4% automatic contribution)

Eight dairy-based renewable natural gas facilities have been developed and brought online across Wisconsin between 2019 and 2023.

Job Description: This position is responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems at eight dairy-based renewable natural gas processing facilities. These sites collect biogas from anaerobic digesters and upgrade it by removing carbon dioxide and oxygen, producing pipeline-quality RNG. The technician will support both field instrumentation and control systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation of the gas treatment process

Key Accountabilities:

Hands-on experience calibrating, programming, installing, and troubleshooting smart process instrumentation, including temperature, pressure, and level transmitters, as well as control valves.

Solid understanding of process control loops and loop tuning.

Experience working with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and loop tuning within DCS environments.

Proficiency with PLCs, hydraulic control systems, and process analyzers, including those used for measuring opacity, oxygen, combustibles, process gases, and chemical composition.

Strong commitment to safety, with a proven track record of working safely in industrial environments.

Effective team player with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results by leveraging people, technology, and process equipment.

Good working knowledge of assigned operational areas and equipment.

Comfortable working within a matrix organization-reporting to both functional and business leadership.

Ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships across multiple levels of the organization.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and management.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
