Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Location: Onsite at our warehouse in Ontario, CA or Bolingbrook, IL

Job Responsibilities: 1. Logistics and Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end local trucking (LTL/FTL) and courier operations for B2B and B2C customers, design route plans, balance timeliness and cost efficiency, improve on-time delivery rates and reduce customer complaints.
Dynamically adjust the proportion of truck and courier deliveries based on order volume, shipment size/weight, and destination type to minimize total delivery costs.
Require truck drivers and couriers to collect and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation to ensure complete and traceable delivery records.
2. Transportation Resource Management
Build a diversified transportation resource pool, select and maintain truck carriers and courier service providers, establish tiered supplier system, evaluate last-mile vendor KPIs, and develop improvement plans for underperforming suppliers.
Work with procurement to lower per-unit transportation costs through bulk rate negotiations, long-term contracts, and shared capacity.
Manage the full billing process, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain invoice accuracy.
Periodically analyze unit costs for trucking and courier to identify anomalies and drive corrective actions.
3. Exception Management (In-Transit)
Respond to and resolve delivery exceptions, develop standardized processes for common issues, and ensure efficient redelivery and exception resolution.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration and Process Optimization
Coordinate with the warehouse team to align outbound scheduling with delivery route priorities and synchronize outbound data.
Support the sales team by verifying abnormal POD cases and assisting with customer or platform claims.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
5+ years of logistics operations experience in the U.S.
3+ years managing U.S. local trucking (LTL/FTL) and courier operations.
Familiarity with major U.S. trucking and courier service models.
Experience in warehouse–transport coordination preferred.
Proven cross-functional project management and team leadership experience.
Knowledge of U.S. regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods (DG).

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $120,000.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
