POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Electromechanical Technician,
your roles and responsibilities will include: Assemble, test, and troubleshoot RF assemblies, circuits, and components. Work with coaxial cables, waveguides, antennas, and RF connectors to ensure proper functionality. Perform precision soldering and assembly of microwave and RF components. Conduct RF testing using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform mechanical assembly of electronic enclosures, chassis, and housings. Assist in prototype development and modifications of RF subsystems. Ensure compliance with industry standards (IPC, MIL-STD, or other relevant RF specifications). Maintain detailed documentation and reports on assembly and testing processes. Electromechanical Technician would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
Minimum 2-5 years in electro-mechanical assembly, preferably with RF components. Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Electronics, RF Engineering, or a related field. Attention to Detail: Ability to work on precision assemblies with tight tolerances. Teamwork & Communication: Ability to collaborate with engineers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.
