In This Role, You Will
Go-to-Market Strategy & Supplier Engagement: Develop and execute action plans for supplier attendance and revenue goals at Connect and Accelerate events using targeted marketing strategies and onsite engagement opportunities
Cvent CONNECT Sponsorship & Trade Show Success: Lead global sponsorship strategy across events, develop innovative packages, and help manage sponsor relationships from inception through post-event reporting
Sales Enablement & Support: Collaborate with sales teams, manage CRM processes, create enablement materials, and provide customer-facing subject matter expertise to support supplier value communication
Hosted Buyer & VIP Experience Ideation: Create hosted buyer programs and exclusive experiences for suppliers to deepen relationships
Content & Community Strategy: Partner with content teams for thought leadership opportunities and advocate for supplier contributions
Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct competitive analysis, identify revenue opportunities, and inform package development
Event Follow Up: Collaborate with demand and other teams to ensure there is a plan to follow up with attendees and leads within a timely and effective manner
Cross-Functional Strategic Alignment: Ensure strategic alignment among all departments related to the supplier-side engagement in marquee events
Here’s What You Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working with partnerships and multi-channel sales organizations
10+ years of experience in customer-facing/revenue-generating roles and at least 5 years in Event Planning, Hospitality Event, Sales & Catering, or in Hospitality Event Technology
Communication: Strong proficiency in creating marketing content and presentations
Ability to work with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Expertise in coordinating with internal teams and global stakeholders
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align strategies with business goals
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Project Management: Skilled in managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
