We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager focused on the Federal Market. This quota-carrying hunter sales role targets organizations that require speed, simplicity, scale, and sustainability when storing, managing, processing, and analyzing data.
About the Role WEKA is transforming how organizations build, run, and scale AI and accelerated compute workflows with NeuralMesh™, an intelligent adaptive mesh storage system. Backed by world‑class venture capital and AI infrastructure leaders, WEKA has over 140 patents and partners with more than 30% of Fortune 50 enterprises. The role involves building and executing a strategic pipeline, acquiring new logos, and fostering long‑term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and its value proposition to customers.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers.
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities.
Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering.
Interface with WEKA senior management at many levels.
Qualifications
10+ years of IT sales experience.
Experience selling into the Department of Defense, DHS, HHS (including VA), or federal systems integrators.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting company growth.
Proven track record of effective selling within the geographic territory.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
