Global Commercial Supply Chain Supply Planning Senior Manager

$36.75 to $52.50 per hour
We are seeking a contractor to manage global supply planning activities across external and internal manufacturing sites. This remote role focuses on short‑term plan execution, inventory management, and data management, with a potential transition to full‑time based on performance. The candidate must be flexible with time zones to support the PST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Execute transactions in enterprise resource planning systems, including purchase order creation and inventory movements.
Lead monthly inventory reconciliation across partners, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with financial records.
Design and document supply planning processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
Track and report performance metrics for manufacturing partners, such as on‑time delivery and schedule adherence.
Participate in launch readiness and supply execution for new products.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
Proven ability to develop and execute demand/supply planning strategies and optimize inventory levels.
Comprehensive understanding of global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance in supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and advanced planning tools.
