Senior Digital Performance Marketing Manager Impinj is hiring a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid media, email, and search channels. This role will drive measurable growth through full‑funnel marketing initiatives that support awareness, acquisition, and customer engagement.

Base pay range:

$115,000 – $190,000 per year.

Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid in office or remote). This role is full‑time and mid‑senior level.

What you will do

Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and email channels.

Architect full‑funnel campaign plans aligned to lifecycle goals and business priorities.

Evaluate and adjust budget allocation across channels while optimizing media spend through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators across web, email, and other media channels.

Define and monitor KPIs across all digital channels, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Lead email marketing strategy, including automation, personalization, and lead nurturing.

Drive brand campaigns aimed at increasing lead acquisition and pipeline growth.

Leverage emerging technologies to enhance campaign efficiency, targeting, and scale.

Manage campaign infrastructure across CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, analytics platforms, and tag managers.

Ensure clean, privacy‑compliant data flow across platforms to enable accurate targeting and reporting.

Translate performance insights into actionable strategies that improve ROI and accelerate pipeline growth.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform campaign innovation and investment decisions.

What you will bring

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing, paid media, SEO, and lifecycle strategy.

Proven success in building and scaling integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

Deep expertise in paid media strategy, performance optimization, and audience segmentation.

Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms, automation, and lead nurturing.

Proficiency in building and interpreting performance dashboards using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent, including UTM strategy and campaign tracking.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, funnel analysis, and multi‑touch attribution.

Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, GA4).

Ability to translate data into strategic decisions and operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
