Position Responsibilities

Supports/Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and/or program initiatives.

Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be standard methodologies across the industry.

Implements Program Management Best Practices and creates reports, metrics, and change activities to support project decision makers and improve project management and integrated scheduling processes and business systems.

Directs all phases of projects, or subsystems of major projects, from inception through completion.

Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Coordinates commitments with internal and external partners to fulfill strategies.

Assists customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensures all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

Experience with Integrated Scheduling.

Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.

Experience working in a cross-functional environment.

Experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

Senior: 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP).

Program and Project Management Best Practices, Agile Scrum Master, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft Project, Milestones Pro, and BORIS.

Agile Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP or equivalent Project Management certifications.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in either Seattle or Everett, Washington.

Mid‑level

$93,000–$126,500,

Senior

$115,600–$156,400.
