Strategic Planning Analyst – Digital Modernization Growth
This position will be located at Leidos headquarters in Reston, Virginia and will report to the Vice President of Strategy and Growth Operations.
Overview Leidos’ Digital Modernization Sector is a leading provider of scalable, secure, mission‑focused solutions to accelerate customers’ digital transformation objectives. The Strategic Planning Analyst will help shape the sector’s strategic direction, implement strategy‑to‑action initiatives, and drive growth and profitability.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with Sector Growth leadership to provide research and analysis to support strategy development, decision‑making, and situational awareness.
Collaborate with Sector line, Growth, Finance, and Technology leadership to support the development and implementation of Sector and Business Area strategic plans.
Partner with Corporate Development to assess and evaluate potential targets for strategic partnership and inorganic growth.
Develop and execute plans for Strategy to Action, ensuring all employees understand and align with sector strategies, and create KPIs to measure progress.
Support Sector inputs to Corporate Strategy development and contribute to corporate events such as strategic advisory group meetings, Leidos Board of Directors meetings, investor briefings, and CEO presentations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience; or 2+ years with a master’s degree.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated capability in market research and financial analysis.
Ability to collaborate and work with team members at all levels.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and financial/quantitative modeling.
Pay Range $85,150.00 – $153,925.00 per year (general guideline only).
