What you will be doing:
Repair and/or prepare all wall and trim surfaces to include filing nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other filler.
Hang drywall, tape, and sand.
Select premixed paints, or mix required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
Spread drop cloths over floors and room furnishings, and cover surfaces such as baseboards, door-frames, and windows with masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting.
Paint surfaces with brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers.
Apply paint with cloth, brush, sponge, or fingers to simulate wood grain, marble, brick, or tile effects.
Erect scaffolding or set up ladders to perform tasks above ground level.
Wash surfaces prior to painting with mildew remover where needed
Assist in maintaining maintenance materials and supplies
Responsible for daily clean-up of Maintenance Shop
What well expect from you
: Valid drivers license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Be able to work as a team and independently Help others both at the site and other sites Be flexible in transferring to other local regional sites if required.
