What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve approximately 1,200 annual hires across corporate departments
Streamline recruiting processes and enhance efficiency through technology and innovative strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational priorities
Monitor and evaluate recruiting performance, analyzing trends to implement improvements
Shape and reinforce an inclusive culture throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in corporate recruiting
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Workday Recruiting
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a strong appreciation for team culture and development
Background in advising business leaders on high-quality hiring outcomes
Ability to balance hands‑on leadership with strategic responsibilities
Expertise in developing and implementing recruiting strategies
