Responsibilities
Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure client meetings and build a robust sales pipeline.
Attend networking events, client meetings, trade shows, and happy hours to expand brand visibility and relationships.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with leadership on business development strategy and market expansion.
Represent Wheeler Staffing Partners with professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business development, staffing sales, or B2B sales (preferred).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking ability — enjoys being out in the community, meeting people, and building trust.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office collaboration + local client travel).
