Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
Support month‑end and year‑end close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within distribution, manufacturing, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
