What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, team expertise to seek and deliver correct answers in plain language.
Interact with customers via video communication, document interactions accurately.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, written & spoken.
Passionate about helping clients, committed to brand, excellent customer service, comfortable with video/audio tools.
What You Need
Reliable internet meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work minimum 20 hours per week across 3+ days.
Compensation Base Pay Range varies by location: Bay Area, CA $28.80 - $36.50, Southern CA $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits. Pay based on experience and location.
