We’re seeking a Videographer Production Specialist
— a creative who can move fluidly between concept and camera, strategy and storytelling. This role is for someone who not only captures the world through a lens but helps strategize and shape how it’s shared and remembered.
You’ll chronicle the evolution of our founder led content, while helping to shape the narrative around our upcoming lifestyle venture — a tea brand launching next year.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a content and social media strategy that brings the brand’s creative world to life.
Film, direct, and edit short-form and long-form videos that capture behind-the-scenes moments, artistry, and storytelling.
Conceptualize campaigns and content pillars for social media, helping define our digital presence.
Maintain a visual and strategic archive documenting the evolution of the brand, designer, and studio.
Collaborate across creative and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive aesthetic and narrative tone.
Identify opportunities for innovative content formats — from mini-docs and interviews to journal-style video essays.
Who You Are
A hybrid filmmaker and strategist — equally comfortable with visual storytelling and content planning.
Experienced in brand, fashion, or lifestyle video creation (3+ years preferred).
Skilled in cinematography, lighting, editing (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve), and creative direction.
Deeply attuned to design, culture, and the nuances of digital storytelling.
Experience with marketing strategies and social media marketing
Organized, proactive, and inspired by the intersection of artistry and marketing.
Bonus
Experience with analog or experimental film formats.
Interest in lifestyle, fashion, or tea culture.
Knowledge of content performance analytics and social media trends.
