At QISG, we deliver complex EPC solutions that power industries and connect communities. As a Cost Specialist, you’ll transform data into insights that keep our projects on track, on budget, and built for long‑term success.
What You’ll Do
Own the numbers – track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi‑year EPC projects.
Be a strategic partner – work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals.
Manage change with confidence – oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they become issues.
Tell the story – deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership.
Strengthen controls – support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one.
Serve as the go‑to resource for cost insights on high‑impact EPC projects.
What You’ll Bring
3–10 years in cost management and project controls.
Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis.
Ability to convert complex financials into clear, actionable insights.
Proficiency in JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, Power BI.
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.
Full‑time, onsite position in Spring, TX.
