Overview Element has an opportunity for a new Marketing Events & Tradeshow Specialist to join our team. The includes but isnt limited to facilitating all aspects of assigned events, trade shows and sponsorship management in our EMEAA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.

Responsibilities

Assist and contribute to the planning of trade shows; to include but not limited to pre-planning, site sourcing and selection, supplier coordination, onsite execution and post event wrap-up for large, mid-size and small-scale shows

Manage project plans, contracts, and agreements

Ensure consistent communication regarding show updates, project milestones, and deliverables

Manage production of show exhibits and booths, customer receptions, other special events, and staffing plans

Develop and maintain relationships with company teams attending the trade show

Work with vendors to arrange space, logistics, lodging, equipment rental, and set-up and dismantling

Manage collateral requirements for events including emails, booth designs, company information

Plan and coordinate the routing of exhibits shipped and all needed materials

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Event Planning experience

Must have valid driver’s license and own dependable transportation

Proven experience supporting or leading events / tradeshows

Ability to lead meetings with confidence

Comfortable working in large matrixed organizations

Ability to travel

Working knowledge of MS Office products

Working knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop and Premier Pro

Solid photography and video skills with iPhone or Android

Strong multitasking skills and ability to plan multiple events independently
