Commercial Pet Waste Management Specialist

Job Summary Are you a dependable and love spending time outside? If so, this may be the position for you! We are seeking a Commercial Pet Waste Management Specialist to join our team of hard-working individuals. As a Commercial Pet Waste Management Specialist you will be responsible for removing dog waste within dog parks or common areas on HOA and apartment properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for emptying and refilling pet waste stations and may also repair, replace, and install new pet waste stations. You will follow an assigned route, perform requested tasks, and properly dispose of the waste.

Responsibilities

Work outside year-round, in a variety of weather conditions

Follow an assigned route using a GPS navigation system

Remove waste using a pooper scooper

Dispose of pet waste at appropriate receptacles

Interact with property managers or board members

Qualifications

Ability to work independently

Physical capabilities to walk 2-5 miles a day, lift at least 40 pounds, and bend frequently

Valid driver's license required

Excellent Motor Vehicle Record

Hardworking and reliable with an attention to detail

Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
