HR Business Partner

You will be the HR Business Partner for the Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services (SOF GLSS) contract. SOF GLSS is U.S. Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services. The Program Executive Office of the Special Operations Forces Support Activity (PEO SOFSA) oversees the contract; and, under its direction, Lockheed Martin conducts its day-to-day operations, providing the full range of logistics services required to support the SOF community. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic support to multiple functional organizations within the SOF GLSS program including Business Development, Communications, Engineering & Technology (E&T), and Ethics. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing HR guidance and support to leaders and employees Developing and implementing HR initiatives to drive business outcomes Ensuring client areas complete tasking associated with the annual HR business rhythm Analyzing HR-related data and metrics to inform business decisions Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions Building strong relationships with leadership and employees to understand their needs and provide support Staying up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Lexington, KY. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent discipline Demonstrated Human Resources acumen in HRBP, HR Generalist, and/or HR Center of Excellence (COE) role Strong presentation and PowerPoint knowledge Solid project management skills Track record of successful performance in relevant assignments Ability to multi-task with a high degree of versatility and flexibility Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees Ability to prioritize and produce superior results under deadline pressure Ability to analyze and develop solutions to complex, multi-dimensional problems related to employees, processes, systems, and organizations Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required Ability to travel as required Desired Skills: Advanced degree in HR Management, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of the Service Contract Act Labor Relations and employee engagement experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems Compensation Structure and Design knowledge Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
