Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
The Client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic senior partner to our CEO and Chairman. This is not a traditional administrative role—we’re looking for a highly capable professional who can operate as a trusted right hand, managing complex priorities, driving key initiatives, and serving as a force multiplier for executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and Chairman, anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges
Manage and prioritize competing demands on executive time, ensuring focus on highest-value activities
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare executives for meetings with comprehensive briefing materials, talking points, and background research
Calendar & Communication Management
Orchestrate complex scheduling across multiple time zones, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs
Manage all correspondence with discretion, drafting responses and communications on behalf of executives
Screen and prioritize incoming requests, determining appropriate routing and urgency
Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips
Meeting & Event Coordination
Plan and execute board meetings, investor meetings, and executive offsites with meticulous attention to detail
Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up action items for all executive meetings
Attend select meetings to capture notes, track decisions, and ensure accountability on deliverables
Coordinate logistics for company events and executive hosting responsibilities
Project & Initiative Management
Drive special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Chairman
Track key deliverables and ensure follow-through on commitments across the organization
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on critical business matters
Interface with portfolio companies and external partners on executive-sponsored initiatives
Qualifications Required:
7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in finance, private equity, or venture capital
Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships at all levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools
Preferred:
Background in finance, consulting, or professional services
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Familiarity with private equity or investment management operations
Project management skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
Compensation: $140,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
