Location : Phoenix, AZ

We're currently seeking an experienced, bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join us at Coral Gardens—a vibrant and diverse community in the heart of Phoenix.

What You’ll Be Doing As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in :

Tax Credit Compliance : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tenant files, assisting with certifications / recertifications, audits, and staying in full LIHTC compliance.

Leasing & Marketing : Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and executing strategies to meet occupancy goals.

Resident Relations : Providing top-tier customer service and helping to maintain a positive, respectful living environment for our residents.

Operations & Financials : Handling rent collection, notices, deposits, reporting, and stepping into the Property Manager’s role when needed.

Team Support : Collaborating with maintenance and office teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

1+ year of experience in property management; LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience is a must

Strong knowledge of Yardi, leasing procedures, and compliance documentation

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or GED (required); Tax Credit certification preferred or willing to obtain
