About The Role The Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day‑to‑day operations of the campus. This position will supervise Kindergarten‑4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.

What We Offer

Pay range: $19‑22 per hour

Shift hours: Monday‑Friday, 10:45 AM‑1:15 PM and 2:45 PM‑6:00 PM

Location: 410 Llagas Road, Morgan Hill, CA 95037

Responsibilities

Monitor student behavior during meal service

Plan and organize after‑school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities

Assist students with homework

Collaborate with other faculty and staff members

Provide safe supervision and care of students

Perform light cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping tables, and trash removal

What We Are Looking For

High school graduate or GED

Prior experience working with children preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
