We are seeking a
motivated and talented Civil Designer (EIT)
with
1-3 years of experience
to join our growing civil engineering firm specializing in

Key Responsibilities Assist in the
design and development
of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects. Prepare detailed
engineering plans, drawings, and specifications . Conduct site assessments and collect field data for project planning. Perform calculations for
grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure systems . Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure
on-time, on-budget project delivery . Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Stay updated on
industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards . Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Certification:
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required. Experience:
1-3 years in civil engineering (land development preferred). Software Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Civil 3D , and related design tools. Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge:
