Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter (or over the phone)
Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Upselling of companion part requirements and specials
Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts
Parts preparation (including order filling from stock)

Problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone
