Title: Technical Program Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Location: Bay Area [Onsite 5 Days from office]

Here is a high level JD. The Member is expected to work from the client site all 5 days - Bay area location.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in industry-leading platforms such as SailPoint and Okta and a proven track record of managing and integrating professional services teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions. This role requires a blend of technical depth, strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and vendor management skills to drive successful program delivery from conception to operationalization.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Leadership: Own and drive the end-to-end program lifecycle for enterprise IAM initiatives, including strategy definition, planning, and execution. IAM Platform Management: Lead the implementation, integration, and operational enhancement of core IAM technologies, with specific focus on:

Okta: Manage programs related to Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Universal Directory, and User Lifecycle Management. SailPoint: Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives, including access certifications, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Professional Services Management: Work directly with external partners and professional services teams to define and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical and security requirements. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, security operations, application owners, and business units to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure successful platform integrations. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, data-informed updates to both technical and executive audiences on program status, risks, and trade-offs. Align technical choices with business priorities and long-term value. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure IAM programs are compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and internal security policies. Identify and proactively mitigate technical risks to program delivery. Technical Problem-Solving: Serve as a subject matter expert, engaging in technical design discussions and troubleshooting issues related to IAM systems. Preferred Qualification:

Minimum of 6+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 3 years focused on the IAM domain. Proven, hands-on experience driving large-scale programs involving Okta for access management and SailPoint for identity governance. Experience negotiating and managing professional services engagements and vendor relationships (SOWs).
