Senior Corporate Accountant Consumer Products

Leading consumer products company in Dallas looking for a motivated Senior Corporate Accountant to join a dynamic team fostering professional development and internal career advancement! Responsibilities: • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. • Assist in the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset accounting. • Lead and execute the month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities and currencies. • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts. • Handle intercompany accounting and eliminations. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. • Assist with external and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience. • Background in public accounting is preferred. CPA a plus. • Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams. • Experience with automation tools and driving process improvement initiatives. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work. • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions. • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience in a shared services environment is a plus.

Compensation: $110,000 per year
