About The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Home Textile Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in the home textiles industry, with a strong background in designing decorative pillows, bedding, throws, and bath products. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop home textile products, including decorative pillows, bedding, throws, and bath.

Create artwork, patterns, and technical design files using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Collaborate with production, sourcing, and sales to bring designs from concept to completion.

Research design trends, colors, materials, and techniques to deliver fresh, market-relevant products.

Balance multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Support showroom set‑up for internal and client presentations.

Qualifications

1–4 years of professional experience in home textile design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of additional design or CAD software is a plus.

Strong eye for color, pattern, scale, and texture, with sensitivity to both trends and timeless design.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; a true team player.

Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Salary The anticipated base salary is $65k - $75k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
