Inside Sales and Marketing Representative
PreciseSource, a national recruitment firm is actively seeking an Inside Sales and Marketing Representative to work for our client, a growing health and wellness manufacturing company located in Millville/Vineland, NJ area. This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive salary, future commission/bonus opportunities, full benefits, 401k, etc. The role must be semi-local to Millville as the candidate will be required to work a hybrid schedule with two days a week onsite in office.
The Inside Sales & Business Development Coordinator role has two primary functions: to focus on sales opportunities generated with warm accounts which sign-up via our client's site, and to act as the “coordination hub” for all events, conferences and marketing workshops. This position offers high visibility to senior level staff in a fast growing company and offers a ton of career growth potential for hard working and highly organized candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. First Line of Sales
Manage inbound leads and sales activities, with a focus on responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and escalating opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member.
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts.
2. Travel & Conference Planning
Coordinate travel logistics for sales and marketing teams attending trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Work closely with vendors and venues to manage event details such as booth setup, product displays, and promotional materials.
Ensure brand presence and consistency at all events, while maximizing ROI through lead generation and post-event follow-up.
Partner with marketing to plan and execute industry events, webinars, and workshops
Assist in budget management for events, sponsorships, and travel-related activities
Capture and analyze event performance metrics to inform future planning and sales strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or event coordination.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication with an ability to multitask across departments.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Google suite.
Willingness to travel (10–20%) for events, conferences, and client meetings.
