Setting: Hospital-based ER/GYN and L&D call coverage Beds: 10 LDRP 3 Postpartum 1 Triage 12-bed normal newborn nursery (no SCN) Staffing: 2 OB/GYN Physicians, 5 CNMs Daily Census: Newborns: 3-4 Nursery Admissions: 2-5/day Pediatrics: 0-1 every 2 months
Clinical Scope
