Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice on, and guide team members in, managing the administration, strategic planning, and operations of an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will monitor the end‑to‑end execution of business processes using enterprise systems, as well as provide continuous feedback for effective tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives.

Lead portfolio progress analysis and enact changes, reporting portfolio performance to key stakeholders.

Evaluate risk of current assets while complying with governance and controls.

Minimum Required Experience

4 years relevant experience.

Multifamily real estate experience, preferably in Asset Management, Troubled Asset Workouts, or Underwriting.

Ability to independently assess, negotiate, and resolve issues on high‑risk loans.

Approx. 20% travel required for property inspections and customer meetings.

Desired Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience with the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) program is preferred.

Relationship management skills including engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

Influencing skills such as negotiating, persuading, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.

Ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Strong presentation skills.

Loan management experience, including evaluating loan requests, classifying loans, and identifying fraud.

Skilled in Excel.

Target Pay Range $121,000 – $158,000 per year.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Level Degree (Required).
