Key Responsibilities
Operate Class A combination vehicles with lowboy and Landoll trailers. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy construction equipment (e.g., excavators, dozers, rollers, skid steers). Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and company policies. Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip reports, and fuel records. Communicate with dispatch and field supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules. Adhere strictly to DOT, FDOT, and OSHA safety regulations. Maintain clean, organized, and well-functioning equipment. Requirements
Valid CDL Class A driver's license. Clean driving record (MVR and background check required). Minimum 2 years of experience hauling heavy equipment on lowboy or Landoll trailers. Knowledge of equipment loading and securement methods per DOT standards. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Must be able to climb, lift, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Experience working on FDOT or large construction projects preferred. Why us:
