Where you'll work...

Located in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

Our Quality Team is indispensable to Palermo's success as exhibited by our AA BRC rating.

When you'll work...

We are currently hiring an experienced Plant Quality Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team.

What you'll do...

Support our production process by monitoring and verifying proper quality techniques are being utilized at all times according to GMP, SOP, SSO, and HACCP guidelines.

Create, update, and validate quality documentation to align with best practices and procedures throughout production that meet USDA/FSIS and BRC requirements.

Support quality auditor team to provide oversight on daily responsibilities and activities.

Work on a cohesive team where you are empowered to make decisions that are supported by your quality leadership team.

Why you'll be successful...

Proven ability to operate safely not only by following all food and people guidelines but by leading your quality team to effectively support company policies.

Utilizing knowledge from your 1-3 years' experience providing quality assurance practices and procedures within the food industry.

Organized and methodical approach to problem solving - often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where policy knowledge and accuracy are critical.

Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest with expanding your understanding of food quality and safety procedures and best practices.

Leveraging your excellent communication skills to motivate and empower your team and to ensure the whole Palermo's team succeeds.
