to take over an established patient base from a partner dentist who is transitioning out. You’ll step into a steady, well‑run practice with advanced technology, mentorship support, and a clear pathway to partnership for long‑term career growth.
Position Details
Reason for Need: Partner doctor currently covering the vacancy; seeking a dedicated full‑time replacement
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM
Current Team: 1 Partner Dentist (transitioning once new doctor joins); 1 Hygienist (potential to expand)
Operatories: Modern, fully equipped office
Technology: CBCT, iTero Digital Scanner, Rotary Endo, Electric Handpieces
Procedures: Comprehensive “bread and butter” dentistry, with opportunities to grow services (currently referring out ortho/aligners)
Patient Base: All ages, primarily adult population
Payor Mix: Predominantly PPO & cash pay, ~30% Medicaid
Annual Clinic Production: ~$700,000
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Model: Choice of Base Guarantee ($15,000–$20,000/month) or Production Model (30% of production minus lab fees)
Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
Earning Potential: $200K+ achievable in the first year based on current practice production
Ownership Track: Pathway to partnership – 7 of 14 current doctors are partners; 80% partnership success rate
Mentorship: Six months of guided mentorship under Dr. Williams for new graduates
