A well-established home care company is seeking a warm, organized, and results-driven Intake Supervisor to lead its intake department. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring all new patients receive a professional and compassionate onboarding experience.
While prior home care experience is not required, strong team management skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will focus on departmental efficiency, compliance, and hitting key performance metrics.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising intake staff and managing daily workflow Ensuring the department meets KPIs and intake targets Overseeing patient onboarding processes with warmth and professionalism Monitoring compliance and documentation accuracy Troubleshooting escalated issues and ensuring timely resolutions Identifying areas for improvement and streamlining intake processes Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with performance tracking and team accountability Experience in healthcare or intake processes is a plus, but not required Additional Info:
Full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn Includes base salary plus commission structure Strong potential for growth within the organization
