Description

Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong customer service soft skills, routine orders entry skill, order tracking, and problem resolution. You will be responsible for all customer types of inquiry and products, and you will be working closely with customer and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will ensure customer satisfaction by way of processing orders, answering phones promptly, finishing delivery information and providing field sales/service support, all with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities • nswering phones in a timely and efficient manner. • Processing customer orders via fax, EDI and phone. • Responsible for the entry of all standing orders and special pricing agreements for a designated region. • Supporting the field reps (both sales and service) with day to day inquire and placing of their orders. Proof of delivery of shipments, as needed. • Maintain level of accuracy both as a department and individually. • Knowledgeable on our products and special projects as deemed necessary by manager.
