We’re on the hunt for our next Contract Trainer/QA Specialist. As someone who is passionate about empowering others and ensuring top-quality service, this individual will champion excellence through quality assurance. This individual thrives on clear standards, continuous learning, and making a real impact by coaching and guiding others on how to be better.

The Awesome Things You’ll Do

Develop trainings /curricula; and work with all team members to train them in policies and standard operating procedures to ensure contract compliance. With oversight from Director of PACE and in partnership with Compliance Officer, develop standard operating procedures for the PACE program. Work with data analytics, IT, and finance team s to develop regular reports that inform leadership and that ensure quality assurance and contract compliance. Monitor program compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., government contracts, grant requirements) Conduct audits and case reviews to assess service quality, documentation accuracy, and adherence to protocols Develop and update QA tools like checklists, dashboards, and reporting templates Analyze data and trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives by recommending and tracking corrective actions Collaborate with team members to implement QA findings and improve service delivery Stay current on best practices, accreditation standards, and relevant laws or policies

Our Must Haves

BA/BS degree or 5 years of related experience in HRA areas Must be proficient in training policies and procedures. Must be a highly motivated professional with effective presentation skills and experience in facilitating and training others Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Flexible and able to respond to the changing needs of the contract. Proven ability to work with diverse populations Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active and reflective listening, motivational interviewing, authentic communication, and conflict resolution Highly effective problem-solving and follow up skills Ability to focus deadlines and details Excellent networking skills Record-keeping, case noting, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining confidentiality
