Responsibilities
Lead the sales strategy and execution for the Privilege Access Manager product lines, focusing on expanding the customer base
Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in alignment with the company's strategic goals
Engage with partners and develop strong relationships to optimize sales processes and drive product adoption
Train and enable sales and customer-facing teams on the Converged Identity Platform and its key business use cases
Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to align product development with customer needs
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the Privilege Access Management technology space
Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and strategies for sustainable growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging both internal and external stakeholders
Experience selling to enterprise-level customers in a security-focused environment
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription revenue strategies
Experience with Privilege Access Management vendors or partners
Previous experience working in a remote-first organization or managing remote teams
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
