Product Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI initiatives focused on enhancing employee productivity and collaboration. Develop a comprehensive roadmap aligned with overall company objectives. AI Opportunity Discovery: Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to leverage AI to address specific employee pain points, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration across various departments and functions. Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to inform product decisions. Technology Assessment and Implementation: Evaluate and recommend third-party AI solutions, platforms, and tools, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, security, and integration capabilities. Oversee the successful implementation and integration of these technologies into our existing systems. Internal AI Product Development: Collaborate closely with our Machine Learning team to define product requirements, prioritize features, and guide the development of custom AI-powered solutions tailored to our unique organizational needs. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated AI Pod comprising representatives from IT, HR, and our Machine Learning team. Foster a collaborative, agile, and results-oriented environment to ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and the successful delivery of AI-driven products and initiatives. Stakeholder Communication and Management: Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and progress to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, business unit leaders, and end-users. Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and solicit feedback to ensure product success. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Own and manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation, user research, and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, launch, iteration, and continuous improvement. Employ agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products iteratively. Prioritization and Decision-Making: Make strategic decisions regarding product prioritization, feature selection, resource allocation, and trade-offs, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user value. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI-powered solutions and track their impact on employee productivity, collaboration, and overall business outcomes. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement. Ethical AI and Governance: Ensure that all AI solutions adhere to the highest ethical standards, including fairness, transparency, accountability, and data privacy regulations. Establish governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI development and deployment. Change Management and Adoption: Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption of new AI tools and workflows. Provide training, communication, and support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the impact of our AI initiatives. Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing technology products in a fast-paced environment. Significant experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations. Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on delivering measurable results. Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS solutions, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and a customer-centric approach to product development. Strong security and compliance understanding. Experience with AI platforms and tools Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices related to AI, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. Experience working in a large enterprise environment and navigating complex organizational structures. Experience with change management methodologies and tools. Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)).
