What You’ll Do
System Administration & Configuration:
Own day‑to‑day configuration and governance of HubSpot, manage user roles, permissions, and system settings across multiple brands and BUs, establish and enforce governance standards for naming conventions, workflows, and reporting, and maintain sandboxes and change control processes to ensure stability and audit readiness.
Data Management & Integration:
Maintain clean, accurate, deduplicated data within HubSpot and connected systems, ensure seamless and reliable integration with Salesforce, troubleshoot sync errors, manage data flow during M&A dataset migrations, and partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to refine lead scoring, lifecycle management, and ICP alignment.
Workflow & Automation:
Build, test, and manage marketing automation workflows including lead routing and nurture, balance enterprise‑wide standards with brand‑level customization needs, and optimize processes that improve lead management, conversion, and campaign execution.
Governance & Compliance:
Establish and maintain governance processes for HubSpot data security, access controls, and compliance (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, CCPA), serve as the go‑to resource for troubleshooting, platform‑related questions, and change control, and document and communicate system changes to ensure alignment across Enterprise Architecture and Marketing Ops.
Training, Support, & Reporting:
Develop and maintain HubSpot native dashboards and reports that track funnel performance and attribution, provide reporting on data hygiene, compliance (opt‑out/Do Not Contact), and system performance, train and support Marketing and Sales resources on HubSpot best practices, and serve as the subject‑matter expert and advocate for HubSpot adoption and proper usage across the portfolio.
How Success is Measured
Delivery Timeline Adherence: ≥90% of work delivered by established due date
Escaped Defect Rate: ≥90% of work delivered without escaped defect(s)
Requester Satisfaction: ≥97% CSAT rating in requester feedback
What You Bring
3–5 years of hands‑on HubSpot administration experience (Marketing Hub specifically), with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and HubSpot CRM integration best practices and HubSpot native connector.
Experience administering HubSpot in a complex environment with multiple BUs or brands.
Extensive experience managing HubSpot lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, and multi‑brand campaign structures.
Experience configuring and delivering Marketing reports and dashboards using HubSpot native reporting tools, with proven ability to generate insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, CAN‑SPAM) as they apply to marketing systems.
Proficiency in data governance, deduplication, normalization, and integration with third‑party tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of SaaS administration best practices, including identity management, system integrations, and data governance; experience with APIs, Zapier, or middleware tools a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of partnering cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams; comfortable balancing enterprise standards with brand‑level needs.
HubSpot Admin, HubSpot Marketing Software, and/or Salesforce Admin certifications required.
