Job Description

Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Address and resolve any project-related challenges proactively. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones. Support the bidding process by reviewing contracts and participating in negotiations. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing light industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. The ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. What's on Offer
